How do I give you my pet's name and photo for personalized products?

If your order requires a pet photo, you can upload the photo on the product page. You'll find the upload button just above the Add To Cart button. 

You may upload your pet's name during the checkout process. Once you click Add To Cart, look for the 'Special Instructions" box and type you pet's photo there.

Depending on the path you take to checkout, you may not see the "Special Instructions" text box. Not to worry! Alternatively, If you don't see this text box, use the "Contact Us" form. You will see this link in the checkout process and at the top of each page in the main menu.

Yes, we have these tips that are easy to follow:

Pet Portraits Image Guidelines:

If you are ordering a portrait or a product with your pet's portrait on the product, the most important part of your order is the quality of the photo you send us.

 Please follow these guidelines:

·         Take or use a photo that is taken in daylight or a brightly lit room.

·          You may use a smartphone or a camera.

·        Make sure the whole face, neck, and paws are visible and not in shadows.

·       Ensure your pet is looking directly at the camera at eye level, facing forward.

Can I change the phrase on a Pet Memorial product?

Yes. After clicking Add To Cart on the product page and during checkout you can add the short phrase that you would like in the "Special Instructions" Text Box. This is the same Text Box that you would use to enter your pet's name. 

We will try our best to accommodate the phrase change. We will email you if we are unable to make the change requested.

Can I add my pet's name or remove the pet name option from a portrait or other product?

Yes, you can make that request after clicking Add To Cart. Once in the checkout process, use the 'Special Instructions" text box to enter your request.

When Can I Expect Delivery?

You can expect your custom products to be delivered in 10 to 14 days. Please allow a few more days during peak holiday seasons.
