How do I give you my pet's name and photo for personalized products?

If your order requires a pet photo, you can upload the photo on the product page. You'll find the upload button just above the Add To Cart button. 

You may upload your pet's name during the checkout process. Once you click Add To Cart, look for the 'Special Instructions" box and type you pet's photo there.

Depending on the path you take to checkout, you may not see the "Special Instructions" text box. Not to worry! Alternatively, If you don't see this text box, use the "Contact Us" form. You will see this link in the checkout process and at the top of each page in the main menu.

IMPORTANT!! Please review these tips and guidelines below for taking your pet's photo.

Do you send proofs or previews before printing my portrait?

No. To ensure your order is delivered to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews or proofs. But don't worry! If the photo you provided won't make the best portrait, we’ll reach out to you for a new one.

Can I change the phrase on a Pet Memorial product?

Yes. After clicking Add To Cart on the product page and during checkout, you can add the short phrase that you would like in the "Special Instructions" Text Box. This is the same Text Box that you would use to enter your pet's name. 

We will try our best to accommodate the phrase change. We will email you if we are unable to make the change requested.

Can I add my pet's name or remove the pet name option from a portrait or other product?

Yes, you can make that request after clicking Add To Cart. Once in the checkout process, use the 'Special Instructions" text box to enter your request.

When Can I Expect Delivery?

You can expect your custom products to be delivered in 10 to 14 days. Please allow a few more days during peak holiday seasons.
